研究顯示口服和經(jīng)皮避孕藥的靜脈栓塞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相當(dāng)
一項(xiàng)巢式病例對(duì)照研究的結(jié)果顯示，口服和經(jīng)皮避孕藥的非致命性靜脈血栓栓塞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相當(dāng)。
結(jié)果來(lái)自PharMetrics 數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中年齡在15至44歲，并正在使用炔雌醇/諾孕曲明透皮貼劑（ethinylestradiol
relgestromin transdermal patch）或諾孕曲明聯(lián)用炔雌醇35μg口服避孕藥的婦女。56例原發(fā)性靜脈血栓栓塞病例（不包括在之前的研究中）被確認(rèn)后匹配212例對(duì)照，透皮貼劑使用者相對(duì)于口服避孕藥使用者發(fā)生靜脈血栓栓塞的比值比（OR）為1.1（95%CI 0.6, 2.1）。將此數(shù)據(jù)與最初124例病例、478例對(duì)照的研究結(jié)果一起計(jì)算，則透皮貼劑使用者相對(duì)于口服避孕藥使用者發(fā)生靜脈血栓栓塞的比值比（OR）為1.0（0.7, 1.5）。
